Potions
Processing Times

Some potion and apothecary items are made to order and have a longer processing time: 5-7 business days or 7-10 business days. All processing times are on the individual listings.

We cannot expedite these orders as we need to have enough time to create the item as well as ensure quality control.

Potion Care

Potions should be kept out of direct sunlight and should be kept away from open flames.

Potion Ingredients

Color changing potion liquid bases are either a water + glycerin mix, water + isopropyl alcohol mix, or isopropyl alcohol. Potions also include food coloring, mica, and additions such as glass beads or glitter flakes.

Potions are intended for decorative use only and ARE NOT TO BE CONSUMED.

Can You Drink Them?

NO! All of our potions and apothecary jars are for decorative use only, and are to be enjoyed as part of fantasy decor.

Does Every Potion Look The Same ?

Potions are hand-crafted resulting in slight variations. This includes potion colors as well as placement of embellishments such as labels, wax, and etc. Colors may very slightly from products pictured.

Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom orders at this time.

Shipping + Processing Time
Processing Times

Physical Items:

  • (Excluding potions and apothecary items) are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We generally wait 24 hours after an order is placed before fulfilling to allow for any address changes or order adjustments.

Potions & Apothecary Items:

  • Some potion and apothecary items are made to order and require a longer processing time of 5–7 business days or 10 business days (2 weeks), depending on the item. Exact processing times are listed on each individual product page. Due to the handmade nature of these items and required quality control, orders cannot be expedited.

Digital Products

  • Digital Products will automatically be emailed to you once your payment has been processed. Some files will be in a zip (compressed) folder. Please make sure to extract files before trying to access files.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your package has not arrived within 7–10 business days after shipment, please first contact your local post office. If the package is still missing, reach out via our Contact form with your name, order number, and shipping address, and we will be happy to assist you.

Wrong Address/Address Change

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping and billing address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is submitted, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a correction.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, Goose Devil Collections is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders sent to an incorrect address.
Free Shipping

Get free standard shipping when you order over $60. This excludes USPS Priority Mail Express.

Refunds + Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled, refunded, or changed after 24 hours of being placed.

  • Digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
