Refund policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled, refunded, or changed after 24 hours of being placed.
Sale items and digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

  • Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at christina@goosedevilcollections.com.
