Processing Times

Physical Items

(Excluding potions and apothecary items)

Physical items are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. We generally wait 24 hours after an order is placed before fulfilling to allow for any address changes or order adjustments.

Potions & Apothecary Items

Some potion and apothecary items are made to order and require a longer processing time of 5–7 business days or 7–10 business days, depending on the item. Exact processing times are listed on each individual product page. Due to the handmade nature of these items and required quality control, orders cannot be expedited.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

If your package has not arrived within 7–10 business days after shipment, please first contact your local post office. If the package is still missing, reach out via our Contact form with your name, order number, and shipping address, and we will be happy to assist you.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping and billing address at checkout.

• If an incorrect address is submitted, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a correction.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, Goose Devil Collections is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders sent to an incorrect address.
